Q:Q, V, W!
Q: How do you get through writer’s block?
I don’t really believe in writer’s block! I think there are times when it’s much easier to write and you’re feeling much more inspired and there are times when every word is like pulling teeth and you can’t seem to put out anything you think isn’t terrible, buuut you can’t really just stop writing. Especially if you’re, you know, being paid to do so. Or rather, I’ve never personally experienced a situation where I just couldn’t write a word. Maybe I couldn’t write a GOOD word, but you just have to push through.
V: What do you listen to when you write?
I actually cannot listen to music when I write 99% of the time. It distracts me! So, background noise or nothing.
W: What’s your biggest pet peeve in writing?
Since this question is HELLA VAGUE, I will interpret it as in my own writing/writing process. Naming things. Straight up. I. Hate. Naming. Things. I always make it into this way too big too important THING and it takes me forever and I’ll get hung up on it instead of doing something actually productive/constructive.

Q:Violet!
violet: what is your favorite thing about your writing?
I PLEAD… THE FIFTH…?
ehhhh
OKAY FINE
Emotion….?
Is that an answer…????????
I think I’m really good at getting to the emotional truth of characters and situations and then artfully unraveling that for the reader to digest.
