I tag answered asks with ‘jaime x brienne’ when there’s something in them that I want the tag to see. I fail to see how the things I tag are clogging the tag more than people’s numerous one sentence posts about how they ship it (which btw I have no problem with). Or maybe you’re just confusing the fact that I answered three questions during a lull where there was nothing else in the tag with me clogging the tag with my apparently not topical links to Jaime/Brienne recs, Jaime/Brienne AU fic idea, and discussion of Jaime’s importance to Brienne’s arc and how fandom engages with that.

In conclusion, get off my back, I tag what I want.

Q:despite adoring the jaime/brienne dynamic I don't really ship them (or maybe I do...or I don't? it's 85%? my head is confused) but my weird opener aside, I find the jaime/brienne shippers some of the sweetest and just all around loveliest people in this mess of a fandom and I love reading your posts about the ship. if there's ever a shipwar, call me because i'm totally on your side! (ps. do you have a fic rec for a multi ch fic for them? maybe modern au?)

Sure…? I mean, that’s the impression I got based on my reading of the first three books over a decade ago……………………..

For future reference, I mostly don’t give enough of a shit about anything in ASOIAF/GoT to even bother to form an opinion.

As such, MY ASOIAF/GOT OPINIONS:

  • I hope Arya and Sansa reunite at some point and murder some people together before their inevitable doom.
  • I hope Brienne gets a moment of happiness at some point before her inevitable doom.
  • I hope Jaime and Brienne bone but off-screen because I don’t really need GRRM ruining it for me.
  • I hope fandom provides me with a much much much MUCH greater quantity of erotic Jaime/Brienne fanfiction.
  • That’s it.
  • That’s the end.
