Q:Really think MK & AC didn't think about this through: they aren't just fans-they are actors hoping for continued work. Leaving condescending remarks (any Q that ends in "..., do you?" is) & opening up this whole thing doesn't really show professionalism to future employers whose bread & butter is maintaining a large audience for the duration of a project. (Look at Katherine Heigel to see how reputation matters.) Knowing when to engage & when to not is impt sign of being ready for bigger gigs.
Publishing without comment so that people can see that there are fans who are uncomfortable and so loudly asserting that that’s somehow not valid is talking over a portion of the community that everyone claims to love so much.
